Our 800 year old Pub is steeped in History, with Live Music, Irish Whiskeys, Craft Beers, Cocktails, Bar Food & Bistro over 3 floors.  Located in the heart of Galway’s bustling Latin Quarter, The Kings Head is famed for its live music, comedy, and of course - food. Whether you’re sitting on a bar stool or in the Bistro, our food philosophy is the same - if it’s fresh, local & in season it goes on the menu. Our drinks selection features some of our favourite local and Irish tipples – craft beers, a huge selection of whiskeys, some classic cocktails (and a few using poitín!). The beef stew was stunning and the beef just fell apart. Really lovely dining experience with young, upbeat and attentive staff. Highly recommend a visit!
